That day of your event we are lighting those fires in the early hours of the morning while everyone is still catching up on those dreams from the night before. This is the difference between us and most other barbecue caterers. We all have had that smell of freshly baked bread in the morning. imagine waking up to the smell of meat cooking! We’re creators at heart and always experimenting with the art of perfecting The Perfect food menu item, canape or side, as we have already perfected our meats. After a few years of competing across the two national BBQ circuits of the New Zealand Barbecue Alliance and the New Zealand Steak Cook Off Association, we reckon we’ve nailed it.
